He brings an extensive amount of experience to Klüber Lubricaton with over 25 years in the gear industry, holding several key management positions with Flender Siemens, IMS Gear and Sumitomo.

He has been a longtime member of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) and has served on several technical committees pertaining to the gear rating standards. Joe is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA.
